Tobias from DRIP Plumbing was over to switch out a cartridge in our bathtub. The spout in our tub started to release about a shot glass worth of water every 10 or 15 minutes, so we called our go-to plumbers. We didn't want to let it drag on and see a spike on our water bill. Tobias was great, as usual. (Snagged a pic of the new cartridge installed, compared to the old one to show my spouse).

Dylan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. And communicating with the main line to schedule was very easy. They fit us in within two hours of when I called and they all let me know what to expect from the first call, till when Dylan was done with the job.

I contacted this plumbing company for a leak under my kitchen sink. When I called to book the appointment, they mentioned there would be a $20 service fee to come out and inspect the issue, which was reasonable. The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional.
While he was here, he asked if there was anything else to look at, so I mentioned that my tub was draining slowly. The quotes he provided were quite high — $618 to replace a basic 1/3 HP garbage disposal (or $400 if I supplied my own) and $195 to fix the tub drain.
I ended up buying a new garbage disposal from Lowe’s for about $150 and replaced it myself, saving a few hundred dollars. Overall, the visit was professional, but the pricing felt excessive for the type of work involved. I’d suggest getting a few quotes or considering DIY options before committing.

Drip Plumbing came to my son’s house thinking it was a simple fix for the shower, however, the house was built back in the late 50s and materials used back then are no longer available. Chris worked until all parts were new which saved future problems. Drip Plumbing has my vote for best plumbing company in Denton.
